Our Mission
The 106 Memorial Foundation was created to honor the legacy of my father, Sgt. Bobby Swartz, who dedicated 25 years to the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office before making the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. His commitment to serving and protecting others was unwavering, and his loss left a profound impact on our family, his colleagues, and the entire law enforcement community. Through this foundation, I am dedicated to ensuring that the memory of my father—and all fallen officers—lives on, not just in words, but through meaningful action and lasting support for the families they leave behind.
Our mission is to stand beside those who have suffered unimaginable loss, offering resources, financial assistance, and a strong community of support to help them navigate the difficult journey ahead. We strive to honor fallen heroes by fostering remembrance, resilience, and unity within the law enforcement community and beyond. Through events like the Sgt. Swartz Memorial 5K, outreach programs, and partnerships, we work to raise awareness and provide direct aid to families who have lost loved ones in the line of duty. Their sacrifices will never be forgotten, and with the support of our community, we will continue to carry their legacy forward.
